I was a cheerleader for 4 years. We had clinics where children would come in and I would teach them cheers along with the rest of my team. I usually got put with the kids who had a hard time coming out of their shell and 99% of the time got them to engage in the activity.

What matters to me to be a nanny is to genuinely enjoy children. I love seeing how their mind works and how you can see them processing things. I think it is important to see children as people to help them fully develop.

Very minimal experience with special needs. I took a class in high school where we would help special needs in physical education. I also have a child I look after occasionally with very minimal autism.
