My experience with special needs children...

I have a sister with down syndrome, so I am familiar with special needs children but not completely comfortable with just any special needs child. I would prefer a couple of meeting sessions with your child before I fully commit to make sure we are both comfortable with each other, and you as the parents are comfortable leaving them with me. Every special needs child is different, and accommodating them first is key!
