I have worked as an Extended Day Aide in an elementary school, a Teacher's Assistant in an educational daycare facility, and a substitute teacher for grades K-12! I also serve as a general classroom manager for the "College Mentors for Kids" chapter at my university.

I love playing board games, baking treats, making crafts, and any/all outdoor activities (biking, swimming, fishing, playing sports, etc.). A fan favorite of my kiddos in the past has been my homemade movie theatre nights! I also enjoy spontaneous adventures, like museum visits or baseball games.

Throughout the summer of 2023, I got to nannying an eight year old boy who loved playing on his iPad! However, his parents were not so fond of this hobby of his. I took this as a challenge to help him find the fun in getting outdoors! The summer of 2023 was full of bike rides around town, ice cream runs, fishing at the park, and doing fun science experiments. I will never forget the joy I felt when he began asking to go on outdoor adventures!
