In addition to my nearly three years of experience working at KinderCare, I have also provided babysitting services for multiple families. Through both my childcare center experience and private babysitting, I have cared for children of various ages, assisted with daily routines, planned engaging activities, prepared meals and snacks, and ensured a safe and supportive environment. Working closely with children and families has strengthened my communication skills, patience, responsibility, and ability to adapt to each child’s individual needs.

I enjoy keeping children engaged through a variety of fun and age-appropriate activities. Some of my favorite activities include arts and crafts, outdoor play, trips to the playground, reading books, imaginative play, board games, baking simple treats, and educational activities that encourage learning and creativity. I love finding activities that match each child’s interests while creating a safe, positive, and enjoyable environment.

My experience with special needs children...

I have experience working with children with a variety of special needs through my internship at Colonial Park Preschool. During my time there, I worked closely with children of different abilities and learned the importance of patience, understanding, and individualized support. I was often told that many of the children gravitated toward me, which was incredibly rewarding. I enjoy building trusting relationships with children and creating a safe, supportive environment where they feel comfortable, valued, and encouraged to learn and grow at their own pace.
