A little bit about me

I am from the Bronx, NY and I am 21 years and I’ve worked with kids since I was in the 8th grade, essentially a kid still myself. But I honestly love spending time with them and getting to know them and teaching them new things such as playing the piano, writing poetry, math, and art. I worked at a neurodivergent camp for teens with Autism, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, etc and that showed me so many different approaches to working with young individuals and ensuring they feel seen and heard, but also letting them know why certain things have to be done or just giving them guidance of why things may happen the way they do in life. I also studied Psychology in College and I graduated from Connecticut College with a 3.7 GPA in May of this year.
