I think the most important thing about being a nanny is safety because you want a fun safe environment for the children or child to enjoy. For me being able to see the growth and development as the kids learn is always a wholesome moment. One thing I wish I did was enjoy being a kid for as long as I could so just allowing the kids to have fun and soak up being a kid is such a joy.
