My name is Aileen. My whole life has been childcare. currently I work at a houseparent at a childrens home but looking to move on. I started my childcare journey as a teen, babysitting and also caring for foster siblings. then I worked for a daycare and then a vacation nanny agency in bend Oregon. I spent years working as a full time nanny (live in) and then when I got married I worked retail jobs for the first 7 years but volunteered in my church's youth group as a youth leader, and then my husband and I moved to mesa to work the children's home job where we worked for 4 years. Moved to Florida to work at another children's home job as a houseparent job.
