A little bit about me

Hi! I've been a babysitter and nanny for over a total of six years. I've always felt passionate about kids, my passion grew immensely over the past 2 1/2 years as I've had the privilege of becoming a big sister! I would consider myself patient, energetic, organized, and outgoing. I'm also pursing a degree in education! In my free time I love to read, cook, and play the ukulele! I love incorporating kids into a variety of activities whether it be creative, musical, sporty, etc.

I currently nanny for a great family! My schedule is 1 week on/1 week off so I have plenty of open availability for week days, occasional week nights, and weekends. I have experience caring for up to 4 children at a time ages newborn-14. I'm happy to accommodate to parents needs and rules! I'm comfortable helping around the house as well as taking care of pets.

I'm a non-smoker and CPR certified.

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I've helped raise my younger brother who has special requirements due to his Autism. I also worked in the dental field and had the privilege of helping with kids and teens with their oral health.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love incorporating kids in the kitchen (safely) and playing outside! I’m also a huge advocate for arts & crafts.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I had a nanny growing up that I saw more than my own parents sometimes - she had a huge influence on who I am today and I could not be more appreciative. I think the most important thing about caring for kids is connecting with them & being one more person in their lives to advocate for them and make them feel loved/cared for.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny moment was with a 2 year old girl who LOVED electric light orchestra. Any time I would play an ELO song she would get so excited and dance around the room. It was so stinkin cute!
