A little bit about me

Hi! My name is Alana Smith. I graduated from high school a year early and was accepted into Liberty University, although I decided to not attend college. I have 4 sisters and a big family. I have been babysitting since I was 13. I am going to be 18 this August and I have a car and driver's license. I spent all of 2021 taking care of my nephews who lived with me. I have experience with newborns to teenagers! I LOVE kids with all of my heart and being able to care for others is something I truly enjoy. One of my nephews is on the spectrum and is nonverbal so I spent a lot of time researching and finding the perfect sensory activities, crafts, and games. Some other responsibilities that I am capable of include: making bottles, cleaning, meal prepping, changing diapers, being hands-on, creating a safe + comfortable environment, outdoor play, helping with pets, carpooling, school work help, and tutoring, etc. I'm excited to be able to meet you and help out as much as I can!
