Hello, I’m Alanna, and I am passionate about fostering children’s growth and development with play, hands-on learning and fun! I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, with a concentration in Special Ed/Early Childhood and additional endorsements in Special Ed P-12 and Regular Ed K-8. I have spent the last 25 years being a stay-at-home mom to my own children who have flown the nest, so I am now looking forward to caring for, and nurturing, another family.

My true passion is early childhood; those years are truly magical! I love to engage children in play and hands-on learning, from art, crafting, reading, and cooking, to music, dance, and outside play. I have twin experience, a clean driving record, current first aid and CPR certifications, and am a non-smoker.

As a person, I am gentle, reliable, creative, and compassionate. I have spent many hours volunteering in my children's schools and my community, including with a local animal rescue.
