My experience with special needs children includes volunteering with kids who have a variety of needs, where I learned how to create a supportive and patient environment. I’ve also had brief personal experience working with children with autism and Down syndrome, which helped me develop stronger communication skills and a better understanding of individualized care.

My favorite nanny moment was when I was invited to a family dinner and truly felt like part of the family, not just ‘the nanny.’ It was special to see the trust and connection we’d built, and it reminded me why I love working with children and families.
