Being able to stoop down to a child's level and engage with them learn with them and explore with them is one of the most gratifying parts of the job. I enjoy being able to give children a sense of involvement. Telling them where we are going at what time and why, makes for a more comforting feeling for people in general but as a little it makes a comforting feeling aswell as having the feeling of ease. Which in return makes great communication!
