My name is Alayna but y’all can call me Aly! I’m 20 years old living in Milwaukee/Shorewood area and am currently working as a dialysis technician. I love children and have worked with them since I was 12 so i am looking to get back into child care because that’s what truly fills my heart! More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I was a cheerleader all through high school and volunteered a lot with girls and boys in elementary schools for gymnastics and cheer camps! I have also been babysitting consistently since I was 12. Mostly babysitting my parents coworkers/friends children !

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love taking them to the park ! Picnics and playing are always a good time. As a lifeguard I also feel comfortable & safe taking children to pools on warmer summer days! On rainy days it’s always a good idea for couch forts and Disney movies !!

My experience with special needs children...

I’ve worked with special needs kids for two years during my job as a swim instructor. I had private classes with special needs students that catered to their needs and learning styles!

The most important part about being a nanny...

I have many goofy & sweet stories it’s ao hard to pick one ! The sweetest one would have to be when I was teaching a swim lesson with my special needs student who is non-verbal and never shows affection. In the middle of the lesson he pulled himself up to me and just latched on and hugged me. It was such a special moment for me knowing he trusted me and was receptive to what I was teaching him! Truly one of my best moments at that job.
