My experience with special needs children...

my 2 cousins have special needs. my oldest cousin has autism and can’t speak. And my youngest cousin had trisomy 18, I used to help change her feeding tubes and give her medicine and go to the doctors with her and my aunt. I also have a 2nd cousin that is deaf and has cochlear implants.

The most important part about being a nanny...

it was Halloween and we had gotten little pumpkins to carve they was so happy! I loved seeing how happy they got I remember when I was little and got to carve pumpkins.🎃
