I have had experience caring for children both professionally and personally. As a behavioral technician, I worked closely with kids in one-on-one and group settings, helping them with learning, communication, and emotional regulation. This role strengthened my ability to stay patient, organized, and responsive to each child’s individual needs. Outside of that, I’ve also cared for children through babysitting and family support, where I was responsible for daily routines, meals, playtime, and ensuring their safety and comfort. These experiences have helped me develop strong nurturing skills, effective communication, and the ability to create a positive and engaging environment for kids of all ages

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love doing fun, creative, and engaging activities with children that help them learn and express themselves. Some of my favorite things to do include arts and crafts, reading stories together, playing outside, and doing simple learning games that build their imagination and confidence. I also enjoy music, sensory play, and activities that help with social and emotional development. Whether it’s helping with homework, baking something simple, or coming up with a new game, I love keeping kids active, happy, and curious while making sure they always feel supported and encouraged.

I’ve had many meaningful experiences working with children with special needs through my role as a behavioral technician. I’ve supported kids with autism and other developmental differences, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills. I’m patient, understanding, and always adapt my approach to meet each child’s unique needs and personality. I focus on creating a positive, structured environment where they feel safe and encouraged to grow. My work has taught me the importance of empathy, consistency, and celebrating every small victory, which has made me not only a better caregiver but also a more compassionate person overall.
