In addition to nannying I also spend a summer working as a swim coach for one of the local swim teams in my hometown. I was in charge of the 6 and under age groups as well as the 7-8 age group. My job consisted of designing and leading their swim practices and taking charge of those groups during swim meets as well as assisting the other coaches for other age groups. My mother is a second grade teacher, so I have also spent many hours working in her classroom assisting her students with reading fluency, math, and writing skills.
