More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I just parted with my unicorn nanny family of nearly 2 years, and have prior nanny experience of 4 years. I have also worked as a babysitter, tutor, and daycare provider. With over 8 years of professional childcare experience, I am especially suited to work with 6 mo- 10 year old children.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

While with your child, I prefer little to no screen time. Instead, we will spend our time outdoors, doing child led play and developmentally appropriate activities, reading, dancing, and nurturing your child's interests. For example, my recent nanny child loves birds so we read books about birds, visit pet stores, and love to bird watch on our walks!

I am insured and have a clean driving record. I am comfortable taking your little one on outings to the local library, OMSI, the grocery store, and beyond. Adventure awaits :)

While I have worn many hats, I truly shine as a nanny. I believe that one on one care makes all the difference in a child's socioemotional development. I strive to always be present as a safe space for emotional co- regulation. No matter the storm, we will weather it together.

My experience with special needs children...

I have worked with a few toddlers with suspected neurodivergence(ADHD, autism), but they had yet to be formally diagnosed

The most important part about being a nanny...

On my first day back after taking leave for a wrist fracture, we were sitting together petting the kitties, and he just rested his head on my leg, hugging it. We missed each other!
