I love to engage children in a variety of fun and educational activities. We can go on imaginative adventures through make-believe, bringing stories to life with dress-up and acting. Craft time is always a hit, where we can get creative with art projects and DIY crafts. Singing and music are a big part of my life, and I enjoy sharing this passion by singing songs and maybe even putting on little performances. Outdoor play is another favorite, whether it's exploring nature, playing games, or just enjoying the sunshine. My goal is to create a joyful and stimulating environment that encourages children to express themselves and have fun. I'm excited to bring my diverse skills and enthusiasm to your family!
The most important part about being a nanny...
Being a nanny is awesome because you get to help kids learn and grow while having fun together. From playing games and reading stories to helping with homework, you play a big role in their daily adventures. Plus, you become a trusted friend and a safe person they can always count on when their parents are away. It's about making sure they feel happy, supported, and cared for every day, and being there to share in their joys and challenges.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One moment that sticks in my mind was when I was a nanny for twin babies. They were about 16 months at the time and learning to talk. Ms. Rachel was a huge hit and I remember learning all the songs and singing along with them. One way I would get them to sit in their highchairs during lunch time was putting on a performance for them to Ms. Rachel songs while they ate and making up silly dances. That way they giggled and laughed and didn't think about being in the chairs (they hated them) :)
