I was also in my high school’s Friends Club, a club for special needs students to grow relationship with other students. I also worked in my schools coffee shop that was run by the special needs kids.

My favorite moment is anytime I first get to the house and the kids come up running to say hi or give me a hug. It’s so sweet and makes me feel like what I am doing really sticks with them.
