I'm Shalanda. Just graduated from college and the common theme for the type of work I have done so far is caregiving and organizing. I have worked for a family before where I watched their children (5,7, and 9 years old) after school. I organized a routine in which we could all complete homework together and then any cleaning, chores, and meal prep tasks were completed using the help of the children to further teach responsibility. I had to do much multitasking as the family had extracurriculars for the children, 3 pets, and the middle child was medicated for his ADHD/ADD. Finding tasks to keep them all engaged and well-behaved meant many creative DIY projects and tests to their imagination.
