"We have used Alexis as an occasional babysitter (3 kids ages 5, 8, and 10) and have had a positive experience overall. She is kind, communicative, and conscientious with our children. She is receptive to feedback, eager to learn, and genuinely wants to provide good care. Our kids have always been comfortable with her. She has also been flexible about picking up occasional or last-minute shifts when she is available. Because her schedule as a student can change, I found that she was a better fit for occasional or flexible childcare than for care that required guaranteed availability during the school year.
