One of my favorite nanny moments is when a child runs to greet me with a big hug and a smile because they’re excited that I’m there. It’s such a special feeling to know they’ve built that level of trust and comfort with me. I love being part of their everyday milestones—whether we’re laughing during a silly game, reading their favorite book for the hundredth time, or celebrating a new accomplishment.
