The most important part about being a nanny...
Building a connection with the family is very important. Not just the kids but the parents as well, being on the same page with the parents help ensure that I’m reinforcing the right values in the children the parents would like. Also trust is very big for me as well. Being a safe space for the kids and them trusting me has been a rewarding feeling. And being able to trust the family I’m working for is most important for me!
