A little bit about me

I have 13 years of childcare experience, not including my adult children. I was with my last family for over 8 years. When I started, their son was 3 and daughter was 1. I was working with the family, when they welcomed their 3rd child, and I was blessed to care for her fulltime since she was a week old.
In 8 years I only called out once, because I had the flu. I'm honest, energetic, kindhearted, loving, and reliable. I'm fun but firm when I need to be. I enjoy helping kids have fun while learning, with flashcards, music, stories, games etc. I enjoy taking kids outside for walks, and trips to the playground, splash pad, and library. I prefer not to allow much screen-time for kids while they are with me.
I have experience with getting kids up and off to school, driving to extra-curricular activities, taking them to doctor appointments, meal prepping, lighthouse keeping, helping out with laundry, running errands etc.
