I have not cared for special needs children but I have a younger cousin with adhd that I would help take care of sometimes. He had his bad days but most of the time we were able to have a good day when I kept his mind distracted on something and stayed patient and calm even when he frustrated me.

I have decided to continue staying home with my children until they are both in school, at least. I am looking for a way to add to our income without having to be away from my children and without having to be occupied with desk work while taking care of them. I think having another child, or two, with us would be a great way to add to our income without compromising our current situation. There is something special about having your children in a happy, safe, and clean environment where they can play together and learn.
