I am an intellectual, fun, compasionate, creative and flexible matured bilingual (Iam from Mexico) woman.
I have had many experiences raising childdren of all ages.

I helped my mom raised my younger sister, later on, and living in Manhattan-NYC, I raised my own two adorable dauthers, now 28 and 24 years old!
All three, are awesome, well adjusted and productive individuals. I DID WELL!

Outside this experience i also worked for a day care center in Malvern PA
I particularly enjoy playing time or cuddling to calm down and nap time.
I employ PTR principles to maintain the child engaged and alert. This has helped to resolve sensitive/delicate situations. In addition to this I love the outdoors and arts and crafts. This repertoire allowes me to offer different types of activities for the child or childen.

Also, on going communication with parents is crutial. I appreciate the importance of becoming "second eyes and ears"

Finally, establishing a healthty, social and home environments is key for a well rounded social and intelectual child :o)
