I was living with a friend who needed help and watched her daughter from 3 months to about 7 months. I was there from 6:30am-3pm, until the dad got home from work. I lived there most of the time to help throughout the day also.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love playing board games or card games with any age because there are so many options and always a new game to play. I am also athletic, so I enjoy going outside and taking walks or riding bikes around the neighborhood and parks. If the children are old enough I love going to new museums or aquariums so we can see and learn about new things. Watching Disney or Pixar movies is also always fun, and I enjoy building blanket forts with kids so we can watch movies inside of the blanket fort.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The cutest thing when I was watching a toddler was when I had music playing she would always let me know her opinion about the song. Baby shark was a favorite and she would always bounce to the beat of the song in her bouncer, but if she didn't like a song she would start crying until I changed it to something she liked.
