She has a very gentle and loving approach which is the most important quality in a nanny/babysitter. She is very intelligent (both logically and emotionally) and is great about engaging with children playing, teaching, singing, etc.
One thing I especially appreciate is her approach to children who are shy (ex: my middle daughter at the time Alice started with us). Alice showed great respect giving my daughter space to warm up and slowly start playing with Alice."
