A little bit about me

Hi, I’m Alli! I’m 23 years old, and run a theatre company in the area. I’ve been working in childcare for over 10 years! I started babysitting at 12, and have been working in education since I was 18. I have been a substitute teacher, preschool teacher, special education paraprofessional, and even teach dance and acting lessons. I was a live-in nanny for a summer taking care of a 3 month old until she was 6 months. I have experience in many overnight childcare jobs as well as day-to-day care! More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have worked with kids since middle school, and in formal education settings since I was 18 years old. I have been a preschool teacher, after school care provider, special education paraprofessional, and substitute teacher. I have also worked as a live in nanny, babysitter, and theatre/dance teacher!

I love playing at the park, arts and crafts, dance parties, and working on developmental skills!

My experience with special needs children...

My big sister has Down Syndrome, so I grew up heavily involved in the special needs community in my hometown! I have also been a life skills paraprofessional and continue to substitute for special education in Midway ISD.
