More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have experience caring for infants, toddlers, and school-aged children, including managing daily routines, preparing meals and snacks, school drop-offs and pickups, activities, appointments, errands, and light household tasks. I’ve also worked in private homes in a home-manager capacity, helping keep the household organized while making the children my first priority.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love getting outside, going for walks, visiting parks and playgrounds, doing arts and crafts, reading, baking, playing age-appropriate games, and creating fun activities based on each child’s interests. I also enjoy finding opportunities for children to learn and explore naturally through everyday activities.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny is creating a relationship built on trust, safety, and consistency. Children deserve to feel loved, heard, and supported, and parents deserve to know that their children are in capable and caring hands. I believe a great nanny becomes a dependable extension of the family while respecting the parents’ values, routines, and parenting style.
My experience with special needs children...
I have experience working with children who have different individual needs. I have worked with children that have had speech delays and were on the autism spectrum. I understand the importance of patience, consistency, communication, and adapting care to each child. Im comfortable following a family’s routines and instructions and creating a supportive environment where every child feels comfortable and included.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Some of my favorite nanny moments are the little everyday ones — watching a child reach a new milestone, hearing about their day, getting a big hug after school, or seeing their confidence grow as they learn something new. Building a genuine bond with a child and becoming someone they feel safe and comfortable with is one of the most rewarding parts of being a nanny.
