A little bit about me

Hi! My name is Allison, and I am a 22 year old graduate from the University of Connecticut with my Bachelor's degree in Psychology. I started working with children during the summer of 2015 when I nannied for an exciting and adventurous 3 year old boy all summer long. After this great experience, I started working at a summer camp, which I am still employed at as a Unit Leader now, and working with children of various ages all summer long. This past year at UConn, I worked in the Child Development labs and I was an assistant teacher in the preschool and infant room, where I worked with the children, planned activities for them, assisted them with lunchtime, napping, diapering, using the bathroom, and helped them gain excellent social and communication skills. Starting late August, I will have full time availability and I am eager to continue working with children!
