I love spending time with kids coming up with activities to do whether art, music making, dancing, baking, playing games or make believe. I like spending time with the kids as if I'm one of them, down on the floor, engaged in activities and asking them about what they want to do. I am also a big fan of playing outside and getting dirty in nature whether on walks or in the garden. I have years of 10+ years of experience babysitting and around 5 years of experience in a daycare center. I believe a safe and fun environment for children to explore and play in is crucial for their development and I understand the importance of having routines and schedules for kiddos to have smoother transitions throughout the day. I have a Bachelors of a Science in Family Studies and Human Services which provides me with background knowledge in child development and growth. I am eager to play with your kid/s and help out around the house as needed.
