Since I worked in D.C., I used to quiz the little boy I cared for on countries and capitals when we would walk past embassies. I would also teach him bits of various languages I know. Recently I spoke with his mother and she told me he still talks about me and says he remembers me cooking for him, and teaching him languages, and it tickles me that he still recalls that :)
