My name is Allison and I have over a decade of professional experience being a nanny. My love for children has brought me to this profession as my twins are now nineteen years old. I have extensive experience working with twins, triplets, families with up to six children, autism and many other special needs. Autism I have actually done formal schooling and training for and used to be an ABA teacher. My role with families is to make your children smile and happy when you aren’t able to be with them and make your life easier with house chores or cooking so that when you are home you get to enjoy your child/children and don’t have to spend your precious time trying to keep up with house work. I get to know parents and their parenting style so that I am always following their wishes and children are having consistency. Watching life through a child’s eyes is truly magical. I am always trying to make sure I am nurturing their constant flourishing in life.
