A little bit about me

My name is Allyson. I have been working with kids since I was 15 years of age. I have taken classes and have learned from other teacher I work with. I know each child is different and you yourself need to be able to use different techniques for different kids. I have loved working with kids and understand that they need someone to be understanding even when they get upset. I never yell at a child or scolded them. If a child is upset I get to the root of the problem and do my best to fix it. If needed I will do time out if the parent is ok with that. The child will never be left alone and will always been in eye sight or able to hear wherever we are at the park am always eye sight. At the house can always hear. I follow the rules you have for your child/children.
