My name is Alma and I absolutely love caring for children. My husband and I have two children of our own, both of which have special learning difference that we enjoy watching learn and grow. I am a compassionate, loving, and creative Licensed Social Worker. I have years of child care experience, supporting youth in all stages of development. Discovering their unique personalities is a pure delight in my life. My goal is to meet every child right where they are at and to engage with them in a way that is mindful and respectful to them and their families. I seriously love hanging out with children. They are so full of awesome energy and such a joy to be around. I am passionate about children because you can learn a lot from them, like how to enjoy the simple things in life.
