More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I've always enjoyed being around children and helping care for them! I previously worked as a camp counselor, where I supervised kids, led activities, and made sure everyone was having fun while staying safe. I also have experience caring for my younger siblings, which has made me very comfortable with helping with routines, keeping kids entertained, and being patient and attentive to their needs.
I also used to work as an Easter Bunny character, which is something I really loved because I enjoy entertaining children and making their experiences fun and memorable. In addition, I worked at an event based cafe for 4 years where I sometimes helped during children’s events, supporting activities and interacting with kids in a fun and engaging way. Overall I genuinely enjoy creating a positive, caring, and fun environment where children feel happy, supported, and safe.

I like doing activities that keep kids engaged, creative, and having fun. I enjoy things like arts and crafts, coloring, painting, and simple DIY projects because they let kids express themselves. I also like playing games, reading stories, and doing imaginative play where kids can be creative and use their imagination.
If possible, I also enjoy outdoor activities like going to the park, playing tag, or just letting kids run around and have fun in a safe environment. Overall, I like keeping things fun but also calm, safe, and interactive.

I believe the most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, loving, and trustworthy environment for children. It's important that kids feel comfortable, supported, and cared for while their parents have peace of mind knowing they're in good hands. I also think building a positive relationship with both the children and their family is important, so everyone feels respected, understood, and supported.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite moments are seeing kids get excited about something they've learned, created, or accomplished. I love when a child comes out of their shell, shares their personality, or gets excited to show me a drawing, tell me a story, or play a game together. I also enjoy being someone they feel comfortable around and knowing I've helped make their day a little more fun, safe, and positive.
