The most important part about being a nanny...
I feel like the most important or most important part of being a nanny to me is understanding and being patient. I feel like if you can’t do those things connecting with the kids will be hard and will make the days longer. If you truly have those things the kids will be more calm and able to communicate what is wrong and/or what they want.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment would have to be just connecting with the kids. Which can also be a worse one to I feel like. My first kid I’ve taken care of I connected with and when I was no longer needed saying bye was the hardest thing. Yet those connections with them are everything and I wouldn’t trade it for anything in the world. Understanding the love the parents have for them is such a gift.
