My recent past job details entail caring for a 4mo baby boy and 18mo girl until the ages of 14mo and 2yo! Following a 6mo baby girl and a 2 yo toddler! Great connections with all families I have worked for, never fired, and are great references for me now! My current job (emplyoed July 2023-current) entials 45-50 hours a week with a 19mo full time, a 3yo M,W,F, and a 6yo plus other babies 3pm-6pm. I absolutely adore and cherish the family I currently work for and would have spent the next 2 years with them but my future is leading me back to Florida!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I am huge on interacting with the kids. Playing outside, going to parks, anything to keep them busy and active. As well as, inside activities like crafts, playdoh, painting.. learning activities
The most important part about being a nanny...
Knowing what the kid needs and tending to what matters most. As a nanny, I do not use my phone non-stop. I dedicate my focus to the child as that is the most important thing!
My experience with special needs children...
I have experience caring for special needs children! While some might think it is too hard or too difficult, I find helping these children help their parents the most! I have experience with non-verbal as well as kids who have trouble with acting out!
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment is letting kids be kids. There’s nothing I love more than to watch a baby I nanny realize their emotions and feelings.
