I was caring for this child all summer and once summer ended he was ready for preschool so I was no longer his caregiver and a month had gone by and his mother asked me if I can FaceTime with him because he missed me. So I agreed and when we saw eachother on FaceTime he had the biggest glow on his face and said “ALYSSA!!!!! I miss you when are you coming back” with so much joy and tears. At that point I realized that being a nanny was destined for me and I love what I do.
