The most important part about being a nanny...
i would say patience, if you don’t have patience why take on the job ? you must have enough patience to know how to handle a situation and accommodate the child during its needs , wants no matter how hard it gets !!
My experience with special needs children...
i haven’t had much of an experience but i do have two cousins who have autism whom i used to watch but i was younger then, but again im very patient so it doesnt change my care or fun plans for them ☺️!!!
The most important part about being a nanny...
this would be my first real time without it being in my family or someone i know personally, but i genuinely love to see kids grow and progress in things that they have never done before , wether it’s speech or trying new foods , learning something completely new it all just warms my heart!
