My favorite moment i’ve had with a child was during recess outside… His name was Jack. While all the other kids were having fun playing, Jack began to cry, so I walked up to him and said “Oh Jack, why are you crying?” and he replied while still sniffling, “I have little hairs on my fingers!”. At first I couldn’t help but laugh because of how curious he was (and in no way was I laughing at him crying)! I said “Jack! That is perfectly normal. Look! my fingers have little hairs too! Those little hairs are there to keep your hands nice and warm.” He looked up at me and smiled which turned into a laugh and said “Oh!” then proceeded playing with his friends.
