What matters to me about being a nanny is most importantly keeping the children safe but making them feel comfortable. Putting myself in their shoes I would hate to have to spend hours a day with some home I don’t feel comfortable with.

My niece is a special needs child and I live with her so I am very experienced. I go to therapy with her sometimes and at home we work on therapy activities. My best friend's little sister is also a special needs child and we work on home work together as well as do many actvities she enjoys.
