I absolutely enjoy working with children, they are individuals, honest, challenging, and so incredibly smart and accepting of others. Each needs to be cared for according to there personalities and interests. Listening often times is all they want. To be heard. I have a 9 year old son who has tried every manipulation tool there is, but really hes hurt and scared of his.father (whom is out of the picture permanently) He doesnt know how to be vulnerable bc hes supposed to be tough. I know my son and learned exactly what he needed and hes now doing amazing. I would love an opportunity to be there for your family as well. Ive taken early childhood education courses, along with therapeutic education and tools for instances we just dont get. Sometimes being the nanny allows them to talk about things that maybe they would be hesitant to discuss with mom or dad. My goal is to help and care as if they were my own
