I have a daughter myself and the most terrifying part about finding childcare is making sure that my daughter will not be harmed or neglected while in the care of someone else. My absolute favorite moment I’ve always had as a nanny is when the children run and hug me and are excited to spend the day with me. It’s always a relief to the parents as well when they see their children are excited to be with the nanny.
