I focus on a mix of Montessori and Waldorf: loose enough that kids can explore, work independently, and teach themselves, but with guided structure around a curriculum. You can bring your own or we can talk about joining what we’re already doing. When a child hits something they don’t understand, I encourage the pieces to fall into place by tying the challenge to their interest and how they learn best, so it feels fun instead of frustrating. It’s a smaller, calmer setup, not daycare, not a regular classroom, just a place where learning feels like discovery.
