Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
Ive helped my mom run her in home daycare since I was 15 years old and I still do to this day. I work as a teacher in a classroom with special needs children. I’ve nannied for a 1 year old and 3 year old for over a year now. I was a CNA and worked labor and delivery for sutter health. I love caregiving and working with children. I am very passionate about it.

I enjoy educational activities, outside activities. Being creative. I enjoy being a part of helping enjoy develop and grow. I like to do sensory and STEM activities , team building activities creative activities. Children are sponges they learn in such an amazing way. And I enjoy giving them the freedom and skills to grow and learn.

Nurture. Every parent and Every child is different. You have to be willing to adapts and apply all of your skills to meet their needs. But most of all nurture and patience. Those are the core values for working with any children.

I am currently a teacher for special needs children of all capabilities. I care for their educational needs as well as their basic needs. From diaper changes to school work to IEPs to nutritional needs and everything in between.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment was when a wonderful mother called me as she put her little to bed so we could show her our new song we learned. He was struggling with speech and we were working together to reach a goal. Watching her cry happy tears and watching them learn and grow is something you cannot compare.
