I did babysitting for a few families in my area. I also did volunteering with children with special needs that involved teaching them how to swim. This has probably been one of my favorite volunteering activities because it is so fulfilling to see the kids accomplish amazing things

My experience with special needs children...

I haven’t cared specifically for children with special needs but I have worked with them to achieve amazing goals. I worked with a program to help children with special needs learn how to swim. This involved engaging them with activities and helping them understand the instructions being given to them. Personally this was one of my favorite volunteering moments.
