I’ve worked in two daycares. I have worked from newborn all the way up to 13 years of age.

I do a lot of different crafts with children, I also do a lot of different learning with flash cards and binder organized learning, I also do story time with felt objects or magnetic objects. I play at the park with kids and collect bugs or whatever they would like to do outside. I also can take them on trips to the zoo or pumpkin patch or anything else
My experience with special needs children...
I have little experience with special needs children but I know how to accommodate for them. I love to learn as I go. Special needs kids need special care for and I am willing to help any way I can. I had a little brother who didn’t speak until he was 3 or 4 so I know a little sign language if I need to help with non-verbal children.
