More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I’ve done alot of volunteer work for children and still have known some of the kids until this day. Their parents love me, and respect me because I’m doing half the work and showing great examples a child may need in their lifetime.
Even after volunteering, I got little gigs here and there for babysitting from the years so I would I have a four year experience total dealing with children.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Are going outside. My number one rule is always wearing a mask and staying where I can see them.
Indoor activities I will do is like having little dance- offs, singing or karaoke, watching some Tv, or letting them tell me how they day went.

The most important part about being a nanny...
A lot of patience.
My experience with special needs children...
Deaf and autistic children. I’m always welcoming to any child and could understand if they feel a little uncomfortable around me at first, so I won’t try and force myself around them. I can take a few hits too by the way!
I try to let the child know that I’m not there to hurt them in any way possible and of course make sure their safe around me.
My experience with special needs children always opened up my mind to different approaches and how to handle conflict with them instead of just yelling and getting mad you know?

The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my kids that I babysat for about a year, invited me to his birthday party/graduation party. Upon going to the 3rd grade. He did a little speech for his parents and then turned to me with the cheesiest smile before saying this.
“Thank you for being the best oldest sister Amina!! I can’t wait for you to see me become the president!” I never cried so hard.
